Shipping outside the EU
Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional duties and taxes imposed by local customs authorities. These costs must be borne by you.

Please note that there are different regulations for customs and import VAT depending on the country. We strongly recommend that you check the costs with your local customs authority before placing your order. In some cases, the carrier may require you to pay these additional charges before making the delivery.

Shipment tracking

After we receive your payment, we will send you an order confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that it may take 1 - 3 business days for tracking to begin displaying information. From the status order confirmation, your orders are being processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12 pm are treated as if they came in the next business day. All orders will be shipped to you climate neutral with DHL GoGreen.
