1. Where do you produce the straps?

Our straps are handknotted in Mexico in the region of Chiapas.

2. Who is handknotting the straps in Mexico?

We have a cooperation with an artesanal community who is knotting every strap with high attention and a lot of love. Currently more than 30 people belonging to our project and we are super proud and thankful for every order with which our cooperation can grow. The technique they use is a traditional work of art and comes from the indigenous people of Mexico. Each straps needs up to 8 hours until its ready.

3. Can I wash the straps when they are getting dirty?

Yes, you can wash them by hand or put them in a little big into the washing machine at 30 degrees.

4. Do you offer different sizes of the straps?

We offer two different models, our Regular Straps and our Slim Straps. But except for the width and a distinction in the braided part of version 1 and version 2 of our Slim Straps, our straps are one size in total length. Only you, the customer, can change the length by inserting the carabiners into the braided piece where it fits you. But please insert the carabiners at least above the 4th braided point, so that there is not too much pressure on the knots at the end of the straps.

5. What are the measurements of the straps?

Since each strap is handmade, we can only give approximate measurements. All our belts may vary in length by +/- 5cm. Please understand the uniqueness.

Normal straps: approx. 130 cm x 4 cm x 0,3 cm (length x width x depth)

Slim straps: approx. 130 cm x 2.5cm x 0.3 cm (length x width x depth)

6. For what smartphones do you offer cases?

We offer cases for all iPhone models from version 6 to 14 (except XS Max,12 Mini and 13 Mini) and for Samsung 21 to 23.

We ship all our orders with DHL GoGreen.

3. When will I receive my order?

After receiving your payment, your order will be packed within one business day. Shipping to Germany takes up to 2 - 4 business days. Shipping outside Germany take more than 7 - 10 business days.

4. Where can I find the tracking number for my order?

After we received your payment, we will send you an order confirmation email with your tracking number.

3. How can I make changes to an order I have already placed?

Before you receive the confirmation that your order has been shipped, you can contact us. Please note that our stock is limited, so we can not guarantee that your change can be approved.
